We are a small family run business that is easily contactable.  I would happily live in any of our sheffield student accommodation myself or indeed allow my own children to live there (if they were old enough!)  We have a friendly professional relationship with the people that rent our houses and are keen to ensure they have a happy safe stay in Sheffield - I will gladly arrange to show anybody our available property and openly invite all prospective tenants to take a second viewing without me being present - Whoever you rent from, do not sign up untill you have had a second viewing where you should ask questions such as: is the landlord fair and honest, does he sort problems out immediately - without dozens of phone calls, etc, etc.
